Thus, this paper aims to propose improvements in the concrete placing process using Value Stream Mapping. Therefore, the research strategy adopted was the exploratory case study. The results suggest that the columns concreting process lead time could be potentially reduced from five hours and nineteen minutes to two hours and four minutes.
