In this study, the authors measured and analyzed the Key Indicators for Linguistic Action Perspective (LAP) in the Last Planner® System (LPS) through the Lean Implementation Plan (LIP) research method. This research was carried out for four high rise construction projects in different Colombian cities. Some of the most notable results were that the positive LAP indicators increased in three of the four projects during the first five weeks of intervention. In addition, there was a positive trend for all the projects regarding the LAP indicators in the long term. Furthermore, the percentage of plan completed (PPC) stabilized in all projects, improving the level of LPS maturity. The research was successful even though it was performed using online intervention due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Finally, the authors propose future research that focuses on finding other patterns, adding additional variables to the study, and analyzing projects with different characteristics and in other countries.
