About 30% of greenhouse gas emissions, approx. 40% of primary energy consumption and approx. 50% of waste is attributable to the building stock (DGNB 2013). In the future, the implementation of sustainable building concepts will gain more importance. The construction industry needs to improve resource efficiency, productivity, waste production and customer value.
